ZERO DAMAGE
To Impact Recovery Rings when impacted

ZERO DAMAGE
To bollard when impacted

ZERO DAMAGE
To footing when impacted

We get knocked down,

but we get up again

Bollards appear to be everyday bollards and unlike most "flexible bollards" they cannot be deflected by hand, remaining rigid, perfectly aligned, safe and secure year after year

When impacted by a vehicle the internal shock absorbing mechanism absorbs the impact force allowing the bollard to deflect to a max of 20 degrees and slowly, safely self-recover.

A strong resistance core prevents deflection beyond 20 degrees. When severely impacted by truck or vehicle at high speed, the resistance core can need replacing (taking less than 5 minutes) No digging or heavy labour.

The bollard, expensive concrete footings and surrounding paving are reusable impact after impact, saving thousands over the life of a development

You're never going to keep us down!

The world's first means of making both the bollard and surrounding foundations reusable impact after impact

Saving thousands over the
life of a development (100 years +)
but the benefits are not only financial

The ultimate protection
for bollards

WE'RE MORE THAN JUST GOOD LOOKS

We're strong but we are kind too. When someone hits us- we don't get all bent out of shape, we are made to take the hard knocks and retain our good looks years after inferior bollards look like @#$%

WE SWEAR TO PROTECT YOU

Unlike "flexible" bollards that simply fold at the slightest sign of danger, we have a strong resistance core that prevents the bollard from deflecting beyond 20 degrees, protecting you and your assets

BUT YOU CAN'T PUSH US AROUND

Unlike spring loaded bollards we can't be deflected by hand, but when impacted by a vehicle we roll with the punches and like the true heroes we are, we slowly, elegantly self-recover, without any fuss!

WE CAN TAKE THE HARD KNOCKS

When severely impacted instead of hours of disturbance, all that rubble and money spent on new bollards and footings, you simply replace the resistance core (less than 5 minutes) and we're back on the job. No fuss!

What makes us different?

Ever stop to wonder why bollards are designed to withstand impact? Maybe it's so you have to return time and time again to buy more, but even if you can afford it, our planet can't, so we decided to design bollards to last!

You can choose Steel, Stainless steel or Advanced Polymer Bollards installed In-ground or Surface Mounted

Put an end to expensive maintenance for the next 100 years - For a bollard impacted just once a year, you will save around $100,000.00 over the life of a development.

1. Select your bollard

Choose from steel, stainless of Advanced Polymer (Standard units Safety Yellow but a range of colours are available) Ask for a colour chart

2. Select installation

Surface mount or in-ground are suitable for most applications as the system absorbs the impact force of a vehicle.

3. Select depth

If subject to severe impact such a utility vehicles or trucks - you will need 650 mm depth Foundation

4. Striping

If you want reflective striping you can select from Red or White reflective striping or MRWA striping.

The ultimate carpark bollard

There's lots of reasons all major cities use us, we not only look good, we are much safer and we make bollards and the expensive foundations re-usable impact after impact, saving thousands over the life of a development.

IMPACT TESTED FROM 5 -110 KMPH

UPON LOW IMPACT

Bollards remain rigid and appear to be solid inground bollards but when impacted by a vehicle they absorb the impact force deflecting a maximum of 20 degrees and self-recovering, with no diminished capacity following hundreds of impacts.

UPON SEVERE IMPACT

When severely impacted instead of the entire footing being dislodged, the inner resistance core bends allowing the bollard to fold but not be dislodged- (preventing further forward movement of the vehicle at low speed and slowing vehicles at high speed) enabling fast reinstatement

Replacements are simple!

1

Remove bollard

Remove security stud from bollard and you can simply slip the bollard casing off the Impact Recovery System. The resistance core is removed using tools provided and replaced with a new resistance core (readily available and low cost)

2

Reinstall same bollard

The resistance core is then dropped into the socket automatically locking in (or secured to base plate using a securing stud) , the bollard is simply slipped back on and the securing stud re-inserted.
