Base plate is 100 thick heavy duty galvanised steel, zinc coated with a solid steel upright spigot and uses 4 recessed galvanised concrete anchors to provide flat finish with no protrusions.
Resistance core is 3. 6 wall thickness, heavy duty galvanised steel with a hole drilled and tapped with a securing stud installed (to attach resistance core to base plate) - it is hidden inside the bollard.
